Happier Honey
Ibrahim Kilani, a honey producer from Yafiya near Nazareth, tends 300 beehives throughout the Jezreel Valley (Marj Ibn Aamer). His bees pollinate the region’s almond orchards, sunflower fields, and watermelon patches, producing delicious, nutritious honey. Kilani’s honey is sold by Sindyanna of Galilee and also used as a natural ingredient in their olive oil and honey soaps. 
 
Za’atar Peace Mix
Sindyanna of Galilee’s fair trade za’atar is crafted using traditional methods from shade-dried za’atar leaves grown by Arab farmers in the Galilee. The leaves are blended with roasted organic sesame seeds, sea salt, sumac, and organic olive oil, resulting in a rich, aromatic mix that embodies both flavor and heritage.
