CUSTOMER CARE

Makers of Israel is a new initiative and we are currently in the first phase of our business with our launch of the Hanukkah Collection. We will be available via email to address any concerns or issues you may have. Please email us with any questions at makersofisrael@gmail.com. Thank you for your patience during our soft launch in Winter 2024.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All products will be shipped directly to you from our makers. Each maker works with their own shipping company and is limited by their respective timelines. Generally products will ship out within 3-10 days of purchase and shipping will take between 1.5-3.5 weeks to arrive to the destinations we support. Specific shipping and lead times can be found on each maker's page.

Makers of Israel ships to over 20 countries each of which has its own policies regarding customs and country-specific taxes. The receiver of your order will be required to pay customs or taxes that occur upon shipping/arrival. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies to avoid issues. Makers of Israel cannot pay customs or country-specific tax fees for a customer.

Returns and exchanges are managed by each individual maker and based on their individual policy as shown on their personal websites. Donations and the service fee to Makers of Israel are non-refundable. For specific policies of each Maker, please check here.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We currently accept payments via PayPal and Credit/Debit Card via PayPal.

Makers of Israel takes a 6% service fee, which covers our expenses, VAT charges, and allows this venture to continue to operate and grow.

WHOLESALE & COLLABORATIONS

If you have an idea for a collaboration or you would like to buy wholesale products, please email us with specific information to makersofisrael@gmail.com.
