Merchandise is curated by the Makers of Israel team and is limited to the sizes, colors and variants limited on our website. If a size or variant does not appear on our website, it is not currently available. Be sure to check back as items may be restocked and available for purchase at a later date.

If you purchase your product by November 25, this should allow enough time for your items to arrive by Hanukkah. But keep in mind that sometimes there are unexpected shipping delays due to the situation in Israel that are out of our control.

Makers of Israel ships to over 20 countries, each of which has its own policies regarding customs and country-specific taxes. The receiver of your order is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that occur upon shipping or arrival. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs policies to avoid issues, as Makers of Israel cannot pay customs or tax fees on behalf of customers.

U.S. Only: Starting August 7, 2025, the U.S. government is placing a 15% tariff on most goods imported from Israel. This tariff is now included in the checkout process on our website and may result in an additional cost, along with standard customs clearance fees.

Note: Specific Makers may have different policies depending on the shipping company they use. The 15% tariff generally applies to most Makers shipping from Israel, while items such as art prints, watercolors, lithographs, serigraphs, or products shipped from the U.S. are not subject to this fee.

Shipping fees from Israel are included in the product fees. There is no extra fee for shipping.

Expedited shipping may be available depending on the maker and your desired timeline. Many of our products are made to order, so availability will depend on the maker's schedule. Makers generally ship their products within 3-10 business days of purchase. It typically takes 7-24 days depending on the specific maker’s shipping method. You can view the shipping times for your maker on their dedicated maker page or email shalom@makersofisrael.com if you have further questions.

If you purchase products from multiple makers, you will receive packages from each maker individually. Makers may work with different shipping companies that have different timelines.
