Liel Kazav is the Founder of Mashu Design Studio, where she creates home décor and modern Judaica that blend tradition with contemporary aesthetics.
A mother of two and a graduate of Shenkar College, Liel sees design as more than visual appeal—it’s a bridge between spirit and matter, tradition and modernism, connecting people to themselves and each other.
Inspiration strikes anywhere—a moment at a traffic light, a quiet early morning. She always keeps a sketchbook nearby, turning ideas into 3D models before bringing them to life.
Liel always knew home design was her calling, but she wanted her creations to have deeper meaning. This led her to Judaica, where she merges Jewish tradition with modern design, infusing her work with emotional and spiritual value. “Thoughtful design shapes more than aesthetics—it influences self-expression, emotional connection, and well-being,” she says.
Since October 7, sales have dropped as people focus on essentials over décor. Yet, Liel remains committed. Creating brings her peace—a sense of calm and purpose in turbulent times.
Through her work, she blends artistry with heritage, offering designs that inspire and uplift.
