Anna Radis

Meet

Born in Moldova and raised in Israel from the age of 11, Anna Radis lives and works in Ashdod in Southern Israel. Painting for many years, she approaches each piece as an emotional journey—an idea born in her heart, developed through intuitive, deliberate brushstrokes, and completed only when the feeling on the canvas feels fully resolved.

Passover holds particular meaning for Anna. The themes of freedom, renewal, and transformation mirror both her worldview and her artistic process. She resists creative limitation, allowing exploration and evolution to guide each work conceptually and visually.

Following the war, her art shifted profoundly, giving rise to a new series titled Fragments of Identity. Incorporating Jewish symbols, layered textures, and meaningful words, the series reflects the elements that grounded her during a turbulent and surreal reality. The first painting in the series was exhibited in respected exhibitions in Italy and the United States, and another was purchased as a gift for the Prime Minister of India. Through this body of work, Anna transforms uncertainty into visual strength, creating pieces that serve not only as aesthetic statements, but as anchors of continuity and meaning.

For Anna, creating is inseparable from living. Painting is how she processes emotion, finds clarity, and builds something lasting. Her art prints are produced worldwide through high-quality professional printing labs to ensure exceptional color accuracy and longevity while reducing import fees for collectors.

From her Ashdod studio, Moldovan-born artist Anna Radis creates emotionally layered paintings and symbolic Judaica that explore identity, resilience, and transformation through color and intuition.

“Creating is not separate from life—it is how I process it. Even in uncertainty, stepping into the studio brings clarity and strength.”
